Terms of Service

This document outlines the Terms of Service of Ace. By using Ace, you must follow the guidelines and rules described here.

Ace is a vulnerability testing suite for wallet and dApp developers. Ace can be used for advanced red-team testing, protecting against known vulnerabilities, enhancing end-user safety and identifying potential security exploits before malicious actors can take advantage of them.

Ace works by creating a simulated drainer environment containing users of the drainers and the operator (Ace). Any funds sent to Ace must manually be flagged for refund via email: [email protected]. We are not able to process refunds automatically due to technological limitations on the Ethereum blockchain, specifically the immutable nature of transactions and the inability to implement automated reversal mechanisms without compromising the security of the testing environment.

The purpose of this testing environment is educational and preventative in nature. By simulating potential attack vectors, developers can identify vulnerabilities in their systems before they can be exploited in real-world scenarios.

Refund Process

If you have sent funds to the Ace testing environment, please follow these steps to request a refund:

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include the transaction hash, wallet address, and amount in your email
3. Provide verification that you own the wallet address (instructions will be sent in reply)
4. Allow up to 14 business days for processing

Please note that refund processing times may vary based on network conditions and verification requirements.

Acceptable Use Policy

By using Ace, you agree not to use Ace for the following:

• commit crimes illegal under Swiss law
• use Ace to target or exploit actual users or production systems
• misrepresent Ace as an actual attack tool rather than a security testing suite
• deliberately withhold information about vulnerabilities discovered using Ace
• share access credentials or bypass authentication mechanisms
• use Ace in a way that damages the reputation of the service or its users

Disclaimer of Liability

Ace is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You use Ace at your own risk and discretion
• Ace is intended for testing purposes only
• No guarantees are made regarding the security, reliability, or availability of the service
• The administrators of Ace are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your use of the service

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials associated with Ace are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not:

• Redistribute or sell access to Ace
• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Ace software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices

Termination

Your access to Ace may be terminated without notice if you violate these Terms of Service. Additionally, Ace reserves the right to discontinue or modify the service at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of Ace after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
